INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
For adults carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, burnout, or emotional exhaustion.
You’ve been holding it together for a long time. Maybe too long.
Individual therapy gives you space to understand your patterns, process the past, and build healthier ways of coping and connecting.
We focus on:
-
Anxiety, high-functioning stress, and overwhelm
-
Generational trauma and long-standing emotional wounds
-
Relationship patterns rooted in early experiences
-
Identity struggles, self-worth, and boundary-setting
-
Life transitions, grief, or feeling “stuck”
What you can expect:
Practical strategies. Honest reflection. A culturally aware approach that honors your lived experience.
FAMILY THERAPY
Strengthening communication, connection, and understanding.
Families often carry unspoken stories, tension, or cycles that play out across generations.
Therapy creates space to address conflict with clarity and compassion, without blaming or shaming.
Work together to:
-
Improve communication and emotional safety
-
Break patterns that keep your family stuck
-
Support healthier dynamics with teens and parents
-
Build trust and reduce ongoing conflict
Family therapy helps everyone feel heard and supported, even during difficult conversations.
TEEN COUNSELING
Support for teens navigating identity, pressure, emotions, and modern challenges.
Teens today are overwhelmed by school, social anxiety, cultural expectations, identity development, and the pressure to seem “okay.”
Therapy gives them a space to talk freely and build tools for emotional resilience.
Common focus areas:
-
Anxiety, depression, or self-doubt
-
School stress, motivation, and peer dynamics
-
Identity exploration and self-esteem
-
Emotional regulation and communication skills
-
Family conflict or feeling misunderstood at home
What teens experience:
Validation. Skills. Safety. A therapist who understands the world they’re living in.
Insurance, Out-of-Network Benefits, and Self-Pay Options
Accessing the right support should feel clear and straightforward. This practice accepts Aetna insurance for eligible therapy services. Since every plan is different, it is helpful to confirm your specific benefits before getting started.
If you use another insurance provider, you may still receive coverage through out-of-network benefits. Many clients choose this option to work with a therapist who fits their needs. A detailed monthly superbill can be provided so you can submit it to your plan for possible reimbursement.
Self-pay sessions are also available for clients who prefer to pay out of pocket. This option offers the most privacy and flexibility, since it is not tied to insurance requirements or diagnostic criteria.
Your copay, deductible, and reimbursement eligibility depend on your individual plan. Each client is responsible for understanding their policy and any related out-of-pocket costs.

You do not need the perfect words or a fully formed plan. Reaching out is enough.
