You deserve support that understands your world

My practice supports adults, adolescents, and families who are navigating change, conflict, or the impact of past experiences. Many people come to me feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or the strain of trying to hold everything together on their own. I use a grounded, practical blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems work, Motivational Interviewing, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand what you’re carrying and build the skills to move through it with strength and clarity.
I bring more than fourteen years of clinical experience and a strong academic background from St. John’s University. My work has involved supporting women’s mental health, facilitating groups, and helping individuals and families through difficult and transformative stages of life. I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship. You lead with your lived experience, and I bring steadiness, clinical insight, and genuine respect for the path you’re on. Together, we create space for growth, emotional resilience, and a life that reflects who you truly are.
Why this work matters
I have seen how emotional pain can show up in families, relationships, and personal identity. I have also seen how powerful it can be when someone finally has space to understand their experiences and learn healthier ways to cope.
Therapy should help you move with more clarity and a sense of control, not confusion or judgment.
Take a simple first step
You do not need the perfect words or a fully formed plan. Reaching out is enough.
